You may order on-line from this secure site using a credit card, or you may order by printing out the order form PDF that is also available on this site, filling it out, and mailing it with a check to the address provided on the order form.

Delivery information

We send this product (shipping free) on CD via U.S. Mail (first class) or via e-mail attachment, depending on the delivery choice selected on the order form. Delivery can be expected within two weeks of placing an order.
